You start at the first save point on Celsius with all items/abilities/dresspheres/accessories, all characters lvl 99 with 99999 HP/999MP, story completion 100%, creature capture 100%, all shinra data, all creature cups (2 of them need a chocobo and a pampa in your team, but you can catch them later in the game), and the best "creatures" (Tidus, Auron, Seymour, etc.) at max lvl, and they hurt bad !!!
slot 3: You start at the first save point on Celsius with all items/abilities/dresspheres/accessories, all characters lvl 99 with 99999 HP/999MP, story completion 100%, creature completion at 1%, so that you can see Yuna’s Perfect ending at the end of the game (if you complete the requirements to unlock Tidus good ending first) instead of Shinra creature ending
N.B: the 99999 HP for every character is not coming back at the original stats when loading the game or playing, it stays all along the game  !
