R4 Downloader uses a mix of standard CMD and PowerShell command-line utilities to get everything you need on your microSD card. It also includes 7zA, a stripped down version of the 7z command-line utility primarily for extracting RGFMCU. (RetroGameFan's Multi Cart Update)
