Load the 2nd manual save und go to the next room, there is a datalog which wasnt picked up yet.
That should pop your trophy cuz with that you should be over 80% Datalog.
This save might pop other trophies aswell since its my main save.
Manual Save 1: Has been completed to 95%. Missing some quests and fishes from the newer updates and the latests quest for Omega and etc in chapter 15
Hope it works for you, since this is my first save to share here

It doesn't work normally, I had to reassign the save, and then change the region.
Then, after trying, I arrived at the dead Ravus area and got the 3 volumes but the trophy didn't pop up.
