Do you like Gold bricks, Batman? - 200 Gold bricks - Matrimony and Magma - very easy quest if you have a problem use this guide
80% in each DLC - Story and True Villain status

Same it says it's not a valid ZIP for the DLC one. I even recompressed it
Nevermind, for the DLC one, make sure you have a USB plugged in so that the file can resign!

Same it says it's not a valid ZIP for the DLC one. I even recompressed it

I was able to re-region the save. in order to get the 100% you must do what the above description says and then buy the one more character and one more vehicle from the selection menu. Once done you must go to the Hall of Doom and you will get the 1000 percent. Once again, thanks for the save.
