+81.7% Melee Damage, +278% Melee Damage(Critcal).
-129% Damage Taken(Critical). You may get 1 HP damage per hit while you are in low health condition.
　　Be ware, you might still get hurt by burning and poisoned DOT debuff. Although it lose you HP pretty slow.
　　Doge movement can put out the fire and antidote can cure the poison. Or just use a Sanctity Talisman to avoid all effects for a period.

Take a Last Gambit Pill will immediately get you a critical condition. Then just have fun!
