Here is my platinum save for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Load up the last mission and complete it on veteran to unlock the veteran trophy. (completing it on recruit MIGHT unlock it as well, but this has not been confirmed/tested)
Literally the rest of the trophies can be cleaned up on recruit via chapter select in just a couple hours!
Confirming that you can play the mission on recruit and change the difficulty to veteran before killing final boss. (It will probably unlock without switching difficulty as well)
