Is there anyway to transfer the .bin files into a traditional English hex editor instead of the current hex coding language and style being in Japanese like it currently is?

i really want to edit the hex file so all i want to do is change my MH world character name on this file. that's all, but its giving me so much trouble with the hex coding being in Japanese

peepeeboi1 its an excellent save would of been nice if hr and mr wasnt 999 tho ppl instantly inspect and boot you even if u dont use the gear sets and its clearly a jp account ass all the voice are in jp even the character an palico names however u do get banned so u can get free name change not worth it tho seeing as its best to stay offline or get perma banned
