You start outside of Doc's house in Goodsprings. All stats maxed except for Strength so that it doesn't mess up DLC you may have. Warning: Trying to change your character when you exit Goodsprings area boots all stats back to normal. Remodding the save can completely trash it and crash your game every time (verified extensively) This is only the first save I'm attempting this way. Next time I'll mod weapons and stuff along with it besides some ammo, lots of Caps, bobbypins and some meds, such as in this one.

The first out of saves for New Vegas I'm making for the game.

I like the save and I think you should make more, but I think you should've left the character default at the character creation screen.
