*KOF 13 save is save locked by default. So to transfer it to hdd. Try these steps:

1. copy save to usb, PS3 -> SAVEDATA -> BLUS30845SAVE
2. then go into apollo save tool -> usb -> scroll to KOF 13-> press X -> scroll down to copy save -> it will say usb000, usb001 or HDD. Pick copy to HDD.
3. then keep pressing circle until you get to the main menu of apollo, go to hdd
4. scroll down to kof 13 -> press X -> scroll down to change account id -> remove account ID/ offline, this is so that the game will not block you out of using another user's save
5. load the game, it should not display a message about not being able to use the save; if for some reason it does do that, you've done the procedure wrong somewhere, that's a you problem...
