-I highly recommend you download one of those mods that increase deformation on cars

-Decreased damage slightly
-Changed visual effects, the scale is smaller now and no longer conflicts with any rail-gun mods

-Frag rounds replaced slug rounds(the heavyshotgun)
-Increased range(x1.5)
-Center&Edge damage and force
-Can damage objects
-Can also damage cars
-Force will apply to most vehicles
-This isn't the OP explosive bullet cheat

1.Replace: GTA V\update\update.rpf\dlc_patch\mplts\common\data\ai\weaponheavyshotgun.meta with my file

2.Replace: GTA V\update\update.rpf\dlc_patch\mpindependence\common\data\effects\explosionfx.dat with my file

3.ADD the explosion.meta to: GTA V\update\update.rpf\dlc_patch\mpindependence\common\data
