ARCHIVAL EXPLANATION:

Some Nintendo DS/Nintendo Wii Games had content accessible exclusively via download from the Nintendo WFC multiplayer servers.
When the official Nintendo WFC servers for world-wide play of Wii and DS consoles shut down permanently on 20.05.2014, many of these contents were lost, as archiving efforts were not coordinated fast enough and couldn't gather data for many games.

On Nintendo DS cartridges, this extra data was embedded in the savegame files, due to technical limitations making this the most feasibly writable area on the cartridge. As such, even with perfectly and completely archived cartridge ROMs, this DLC data is not part of the ROM, since it's in the player savedata.

There was an archiving effort for these savedata files ( [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] , but for many games there has been no file found, so unless some save files are uncovered that contain them, these official contents of the games cannot be experienced any more.

One of these games was 'Yu-Gi-Oh World Championship 2007'. Years after the official Nintendo WFC servers were shutdown, I read about the partially successful 'WFC archival efforts', and realized that I have an original game cartridge I played with before the shutdown, with a player save file which contains all the WFC-exclusive downloadable content of the game! I dumped the save data so this content can be preserved.

This is the aforementioned save which contains the following official game content exclusive to WFC download.

LANGUAGE INFORMATION:
The game always displays all information in the language the NDS firmware is currently set to at the time of playing. The only language-specific information which is 'fixed' as stored within the savefiles are the deckname titles of stored duel ghosts (additional enemies with their duel decks), which are stored in the savegame in the language that was active while said duel ghosts were unlocked/stored.
All other content, including all other DLC content (duel puzzles, limited-card-lists, DLC-exclusive cards) changes language dynamically depending on the mentioned setting. So if you want to play e.g. in spanish, simply set the NDS firmware setting to spanish and all of the content (except some of the aforementioned deckname titles) will adapt.

DLC-EXCLUSIVE CONTENT:
1. All two DLC-exclusive cards: 'Dark Eraser', 'Dark Avatar'
(The card 'Dark Dreadroute', the third of 'The Wicked Gods' cards, is part of the base game and already included without DLC. The cards are currently offically known as 'The Wicked Gods', with the official card name being 'The Wicked Eraser/Avatar/Dreadroute'), but in this videogame they are called 'Dark ...' in english.)
The DLC-card content is downloaded, and the cards are unlocked (further copies can be bought in the card passcode shop) + added to the card storage of the savefile, so the player can use them in their decks, or trade them to other players via local multiplayer.

2. All twelve DLC-exclusive download-puzzles: 'Download Puzzle 1-12' (One of them using the two DLC-exclusive cards in the puzzle).

3. All DLC-exclusive downloadable duel ghosts: the top three players of the World Championship with their decks, and all DLC-exclusive custom duel ghosts with their unique decks. (One of them using the two DLC-exclusive cards in the deck).

4. Several updated DLC-exclusive updated limited/forbidden cards list of 2006/2007, to choose. (These lists have MORE limitations than the default list in the game, and thus are an additional optional restriction).

All of this content cannot be acquired from the official Nintendo WFC servers anymore because they have been shutdown in 2014.

The save further contains: (NOT-DLC-EXCLUSIVE CONTENT)
All content unlocked - all cards (at least 3x each), clothes, duel disks, card packs, unlockable duel ghosts (=enemies to fight), game modes, card glossary entries, duel puzzles, challenge duels, theme duels, survival modes, recipe battle mode.

All challenges are solved with over 45 of the 60 challenges solved with S-rank (last content is unlocked at achieving at least 45 S-ranks), the remaining rest of the challenges is solved with A-D rank.

All 120 deck preset slots used (some named with german descriptions, can be freely edited/deleted/replaced with your own deck presets).

At some point, a single WFC-duel had been played on the save in the time when the official servers still existed. At that point, some duel-ghosts of players on the worldwide ranking lists were also downloaded and are available to play against.

Also, there's a lot of DP currency left (due to once cheating maximum currency with an ActionReplay card, to buy the maximum amount of all unlocked cards in the card shop). There's not really anything to spend the currency on (except changing haircut/haircolor).
