Ok, you start outside Doc's office in Goodsprings, just like my first save creation. This one however, has no modified ammo, armor, etc. Instead, you have modified stats. SPECIAL is all maxed except for Strength, so if you have Lonesome Road DLC, you're not forever stuck at the end of it with adding a SPECIAL point. You have the DEBUG MagPistol, which in my opinion is the BEST GUN EVER, and every skill, from Barter to Sneak, etc is maxed at 100. Oh, and you have most of the Perks, but there are still plenty for you to choose from when leveling up. Cheers! I promise in version 3, you'll have lots of ammo and possibly weapon mods as well.
