is for the European region Metal Gear Solid V: The Definitive Experience.
For MGSV you can "resign" any region without save wizard, just as long as you delete your original saved data for the corresponding game you have.
i.e. if you're in the EU region, and you want a Japanese, US, AU save re-regioned, delete the original (EU in this example) on your PlayStation and upload the different region. Upon starting the game up it should find this data and successfully transfer the save to the proper region. Cheers.
*important: this only works if you play on the Definitive Experience and the save you want ISN'T. In this instance, since this is save is CUSA05977(Definitive Experience) it cannot be re-regioned; If the save was CUSA01154 (MGSV Base without Ground Zeroes) then it could be re-regioned to US, AU, JP
not that anybody asked but it's good knowledge and can expand save opportunities.
