Characters have all moves unlocked as well as 99 on each stat and that means Prime Difficulty is unlocked.
There is a maxed SS Devastator's Drills and an S Fusion Cannon(mod) available to use for fun.
I'm still trying to max out melee atk, ranged atk and defense for each character(they can reach 1485, 1485 and 1980 respectively without tech and after getting to 99 on STR CRG SPD FRB SKL END INT and RNK)

Hey, turns out I had a problem with the upload, gotta reupload it proper and I'd like that someone deletes this download submission while I work on sending the actual save file.
