Resign this save and use it for "Salutations My Little Friend" missable trophy.
You are about to start the mission "Rub Out" and you already have the M4. Kill Diaz with the M4 to pop the trophy.
Please note that with this save you can unlock "Take the Cannoli" trophy as well. So if you care about legit timestamp trophies, I suggest you finish the game first and then use this save as a clean up if you've missed this trophy.
