I think you can earn all trophies with this save.
for the bad ending 1, you have to load save 01.
you have to trigger the next story event, and then choose NOT the "Broken Highend Pocket Watch". choose somethink else.
for the true ending and bad ending 2, load save 00.
after the final boss choose the first option for bad ending 2, and the second option for the true ending.
have fun, and enjoy :)
