Item description:
For PS4 version :
1. Delete all GT7 PS4 saves
2. Copy the save into your console
3. Turn off internet ( Settings > Network > Connect to the internet > Off )
4. Start the game, Select OK on pop up messages and when all trophies will automatically pop
For PS5 version :
1. Delete all GT7 PS5 saves
2. Copy the PS4 save into your console
3. Turn off internet ( Settings > Network > Connect to the internet > Off )
4. Start PS4 version ( Platinum for PS4 should pop )
5. At the offline menu, connect to network and went into the world map
6. When game connects and is online again, go to settings and delete all network data
7. Start PS5 version and the Platinum should pop
For PS4 version :
1. Delete all GT7 PS4 saves

Download: Click Download and in a few moments you will receive the download dialog.

Doesn't matter, I don't have any more profiles that i can use on my SAVE WIZARD. Not counting my main profile.Cannot delete the 2nd and 3rd profile

I have nothing to say but applause to this man, LISTEN TO NO COMMENT OTHER THAN MINE when I say that the Platinum trophy popped within SECONDS after selecting OK.
I followed every details in order for the PS4 version to work and everything was fine.
This save IS the US version, you have to make sure you delete every save file from your console before copying the new one and uploading your existing save to the cloud DOES WORK.
You do, as Cronic_Death stated in the comments, have to re-sign his save to your account using Save Wizard.
In summary, it worked, he is not a charlatan, I swear I do not know Cronic_Death at all, this is not fake;

However, when I synced my trophies to playstation network, they snapped back to 100%.

says US but they are not. I downloaded every single Gran Turismo 7 saves thats on here, NONE OF THEM WORKS. I not had issue before with other saves that's for US.
