This is a starter save for GTA 3 DE and it acts as an upgrade to the previous save I uploaded on here in 2021. It has been heavily modified to help you get 100% faster. You begin the game with 27% completion. 99 passengers dropped off, 20 fires extinguished, 20 criminals killed, 8 unique jumps, 99 hidden packages, all rampages in Portland (6), and most import/export vehicles delivered. What makes this save special is that I have modified certain spawn locations in Portland, which will allow you to access some of the best and rarest vehicles in the game and complete import/export much faster. You will also be able to visit the locked areas of the game very early. So basically there's only 5 vehicles left to deliver to Portland Harbor, Mr Whoopee, the Dodo, FBI Car, Enforcer, and the Rhino. You will find the ice cream truck down at the beach next to Salvatore's place, the Dodo is at Portland Harbor next to the crane, Rhino is a few feet away from the Dodo, FBI Car is parked near Portland's police station, and the Enforcer is in the same location replacing one of the cop cars. These vehicles are all parked in convenient areas to save you the hassle of getting 5 star or 6 star wanted levels. Another advantage of this save is the ability to use the Dodo to fly over the damaged bridge and access Staunton or Shoreside Vale. There are cool cars in every garage and they are all bulletproof and explosion proof. Also there's a Cheetah that spawns near the entrance to Salvatore's place, this is the spot where you would usually find the Taxi. Last hidden package is at the waypoint on the map. Loading in will pop some trophies automatically, you have over 990 million dollars and all weapons, enjoy :)
