Use the Load Screen and go exactly whut the picture here i picked in on the Gamesave folder and load up.
If u cannot use R2 on 'Conspiracy' Billboard cause thad Evening stuff, go up to the Mission Google and make a mission or just hang up at ur bunker mission.
Then eat bred, go to bedroom and try the 'Conspiracy' Billboard again! 10 min footwalk and bla bla, and SUCCSESS!!!!
or the easy way, use the Short Version as pinned on my picture in the Gamesave Folder :)
Itryed the game just once, and saw in the trophy list not the first Vr Mission Trophy after i was get Red Dressed Woman one...
Reddit answered its since a year bugged on Ps4/5 and PC....wtf
So if u European and got Save Wizard include Ps4/5...

and one i didnt wrote in the description of Gamesave folder, its on Day23 to Kidnap Koslov!:
- Man from the Past with a Pastand if u kill, poisen and then kidnap Kozlov and let him run after interigation to get :
- The right Call (Hard Truth) Trophy
- Broken Cycle
- Women in Red Dress
