This really awesome DreamCraft Mod Pack map got made on the Xbox 360 by NobleDez Gaming and the showcase video below got made also on the Xbox 360 by dakonblackrose, but the map can be played on both the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One. This DreamCraft Mod Pack map is a new modded map including these mods: luckyblocks, battle towers, ruins, better dungeons, hardcore dungeons, moon dimension, snow dimension, custom spawner, custom trades, custom ench, custom weapons, custom trees, more chest loot, better ruins v2 and custom mobs. Enjoy playing!

You need a USB and horizon or something similar. You will need to search it up since there is more to it. "How to use game saves" then you will find many guides.

I enjoy this modpack, but the only problem I am having with it is that my console freezes sometimes while playing and I cannot save without it freezing. Any way to fix this or is it just a problem with my console?
