I've seen a few of these floating about, but i got the best one and it said it needed to upadate, so heres the latest one with a list of stuff it can mod:
Infinite Health
Unlimited Sprint
Infinite Swim Time
Super Melee
Super Bayonet
Infinite Breath
Disable Crouching
Disable Own Footsteps
Unlimited Ammo
Theres a bar for each of these which you can slide up or down:
Player Speed
Jump Height
Last Stand Time
HUD and Display Mods
Hide Ammo Counter
Red Laser Sight
3rd Person View
Hide Stance
Hide No Ammo Message
Disable Sticky Aim
Hide Sniper Overlay
Hide Action Slots
Hide Overhead Names
Hide Gun
Disable Blood
Hide 2D Elements
Display Debug Console
Hide HUD
Disable CoD1 Style Weapon Hints
Hide Hold Breath To Steady Message
Environmental Mods / AI Mods
Disable Bullet Penetration
