Ok, this is a Msg from the dev team on the app.
We have decided to give out the app for free, Mainly due to other projects and our personal life. The time to develop this app takes a LOT of time and patience. We will continue to work on it, But it will NOT be continuous like it was when it was being developed.
Updates ill be made here and there. But no Set dates on them.
As people might be wondering where i got this info from, Well the answer is... Im one of the main devs on this app with Shane.

yeah you need a jtag for sure because it includes the xex for Halo 3 and Reach and if I am right it is for real time modding (really not sure if i am right)
yes this is for jtag only it is used for RTH.
also has the autoaim (aimbot) super speed super jump and projectile swaps and more.
