Unlocks ALL OFFLINE achievments (860GP's)

Achievment Order:
There are hundreds of ways to unlock all the achievments in this game.
I have packaged the save set in a 'typical' order.
If you want to look 'legit' use the saves in order and spread them out over time.

WARNING: I RECOMMEND YOU TURN THE IN GAME 'AUTOSAVE' FEATURE OFF BEFORE USING ANY OF THESE SAVES

****************************************************
- Before using any save complete the very first mission in the game.
- This will give you the 'Off the Boat' (5G) achievment

Now Transfer Part 1 (Saves 1-12)

- Copy saves 1-12 to your Xbox hdd or mu
- Start game. Press start and load save 1
- Follow instructions for the save
- Repeat for save 2 etc.

LOAD SAVE 1.
1. Driving Mr. Bellic (10G) + Pool Shark (10G) + King of QUB3D (15G)
Unlock the special ability of taxi.
Beat a friend at pool.
Beat the High Score in QUB3D

- Open ur phone, scroll down to ROMAN and click POOL and take him there
- If you beat him u also get the 'Pool Shark' achievment for beating a friend at pool (Just keep playing until u win).

- After u have finished the games drop ROMAN off at home and jack a car to get the sequence going shortly after that u should recieve the first of 2 TXT messages
- The first talkin bout how u cant drive anymore bc of ppl get jealous
- The second one basically givin u the achievment after closin the phone

- Now you can go back to the where you played pool.
- Go to the 'QUB3D' arcade game next to the pool table.
- Beat the high score to unlock the 'King of QUB3D' achievment (It is actually not too difficuilt).
- Tip: Try getting them in L shapes or horizontal lines as they are worth alot more points.
- Still having trouble feel free to go back and try this later in the game.

LOAD SAVE 2.
2. Fed The Fish (5G) + Finish Him (15G)
Complete the mission "Uncle Vlad".
Complete 10 melee counters in 4 minutes

- Just go to the R and finish the mission to get the achievment

- Now is a good time to get one of the achievments that does not require a game save
Finish Him 15G
Complete 10 melee counters in 4 minutes
- To perform a COUNTER you need to
- Start a fist fight.
- Press the A button when they swing back at you, to dodge their punch.
- Follow this quickly with the B button to pound them with a combo.
- These two moves together is called a 'melee counter'.
- Note: You can die while attempting this
- Repeat this 10 times

LOAD SAVE 3.
3. Warm Coffee (5G) + Gobble Gobble (10G)
Successfully date a girl to be invited into her house.
Score 3 strikes in a row, a turkey, in 10-pin bowling.

- Call Michelle to set up a date. Then, pick her up.
- Take her to the bowling icon on the map.
- You need 3 strikes in a row (a turkey) to get the 'gobble gobble' achievment.
- Choose the left lane. To get a strike take two big steps to the left. Then move your right stick back and then forward very slowly
(take about 2 seconds to do the full motion). You should get a strike almost every time.
- After that, drive her home and get laid. Achievement Unlocked!

LOAD SAVE 4.
4. Lowest Point (5G) + It'll Cost Ya + One Man Army (40G)

- Call Roman on your phone and go pick him up,
- Do the short driving mission (which is just driving him to ur 2 safehouses)
- Then shortly after u drop him off the 'Lowest Point' achievment will pop.

- Now it is a great time to get the 'It'll Cost Ya' achievment
- When a cab is near by press LB to call the cab.
- HOLD Y to go in as a passenger. (Notice i sayed the word HOLD)
- Press start to choose a destination the map.
- Select a waypoint that is on another island and begin the journey
- Wait patiently till you reach the destination.

- Now is also a great time to get the 'One Man Army 40G' - Survive 5 minutes on 6 star wanted level.
- Get a taxi or call for a car and go to the helicopter symbol found at the bottom centre part of the map.
- Steal a helicopter and fly to the island on the left of the map.
- You do not have access to this island so you will get a 6 star wanted level.
- Head back to the other islands and stay in the air for 5 minutes until the 'One Man Army' achievment unlocks.

LOAD SAVE 5.
5. Full Exploration (20G) + Chain Reaction (20G)
Complete mission "Roman's Sorrow".
Complete a taxi ride without skipping from one island to another.
Survive 5 minutes on 6 star wanted level.

- Open your phone, go to phonebook, select ROMAN, and select 'call for car'
- Roman will send you a car, HOLD Y to enter the car and select the destintaion.
- Go to the last (and only) mission on the map.
- Complete the mission to unlock the 'Full Exploration' achievment

A good time to do another achievment that does not require a game save.
Chain Reaction 20G
You must blow up 10 vehicles in 10 seconds.
- game save not required.

- Find a bus and park it infront of oncomming traffic on a bridge.
- Then throw your grenade in the middle of them to blow up all the cars.

LOAD SAVE 6.
6. Under the Radar (40G) + Rolled Over (30G) + Walkfree (50G)
Fly underneath the main bridges in the game that cross water with a helicopter.
Do 5 car rolls in a row from one crash.
Lose a 4 star wanted rating by outrunning the cops.

- Get a taxi to the only helitour on the map which is on "Bus Lane, Fishmarket South, Algonquin.
- Once your there, Jack any of the Heli-copters and drive under the bridge strait in front of you.
- You should have no trouble finding the bridge.
- Achievement 'Under the Radar' will unlock right after you get passed the bridge.

- Now is a good time to get two more achievments (These can be done at any stage of the game).
- Get a taxi or call for a car and go to the airport (Furthest thing EAST on the map).
- Find yourself a fast car.
- Now drive onto the airport runway and get as much speed as you can.
- On the side of the runway you will see yellow markers
- you want to aim for the edge of one of these with the car
- if you do it right you should get the 'Rolled Over' achievment - Do 5 car rolls in a row from one crash.
- keep trying till you get it (also let go of your accelerator while you are in the air.

- At the airport you would have noticed you automatically get a 4 star wanted level.
- So its a good place to get the 'Walk Free Achievment' - Lose a 4 star wanted rating by outrunning the cops.
- What you want to do is drive around to one end of the airport runway and get all the police cars and choppers near you.
- Then go as fast as you can on the runway around to the opposite end of the airport runway.
- Then head for the street.
- If done right as soon as you hit the street you should be out of the 'wanted zone'.
- Stop before another police car sees you. By now you should have escaped the the 4 star rating.

LOAD SAVE 7.
7. Impossible Trinity (10G)
Complete mission "Museum Piece".

- You will start at the house at Middle park east with full health/Body armor and 900 ammo in the machine gun.

- You going to want to drive to Ray Boccino ( shown as "RB" on your map ).
- Once done with the cut scene, you will have to drive to the libertonian ( there will be a way point on your map ).
- Then simply fight everyone in there. There will be quite a few guys so my advice is use cover alot and take your time.
- The building in three stories high. And you have to get out on the first floor.
- There is body armo and the bottom of the second story stair, and health at the bottom of the first. But your not done yet.
- Once outside, you will have to escape from a bunch oof cars.
- Its not too hard at all, but try not to gt too many cops on you because once your done escaping the cars you will have to escape the cops.

(Tip: Take the car infront of the musem. Turn around and drive down to the lake. They will not follow you so you will get away from them easy)

- Achievement will pop right when your done with everything.

LOAD SAVE 8.
8. Gracefully Taken (10G)
Complete mission "I'll Take Her".

- Use Romans Car service (Addressbook / Roman / Car Service)
- Go to the Gerry (G on the map) and complete the mission
- Drive to the nearest internet cafe
- Follow the instructions on the pc
- Call Mob Daughter (Grace) straight away (between 9:00 and 21:00).
- If you are not quick enough just kill yourself to jump to the next day (Dont go on the date mission that comes up)
- Drive her to the safe house
- Tip: Drive very slowly when she is trying to stop you.

- Finish the mission for the achievment.

LOAD SAVE 9.
9. That Special Someone (10G) + Half Million (55G)
Complete mission "That Special Someone".
Reach a balance of $500,000.

- You will shortly recieve a call from U.L Paper telling you to go on this Mission,
- Catch a cab to the blue dot. This will unlock the 'Half a Million' achievment when you arrive.
- Drive to the waypoint
- You will need to decide if you are going to kill Darko or not
- Complete the mission for the Achievement

LOAD SAVE 10.
10. You Won (60G) + Liberty City Minute (30G)
Complete the final mission.
Complete the story missions in less than 30 hours.

- Finish the last mission for the achievments

- Litte Jocob will call shortly. Answer the call
- Catch a cab to the blue dot
- Follow the 4wd to its destination
- When you get to the shoot out head back and around to the pier and up onto the roof via some stairs. Pick off all the people from this vantage point (including inside the building).
- Follow Petrorino on the motor bike
- When you are in the helicopter stay highish and close. Pelt him with minigun fire until you both crash-land on the Island.
- After that, it's all a matter of chasing the traitor down.

LOAD SAVE 11.
11. Assasins Greed (20G)
Complete all 9 assassin missions.

- Call Bruce and Do 1 more assassin missions.
- Go to the 'bullseye' which appeara on the map.
- Use a payphone to call the man in need.

LOAD SAVE 12.
12. Courier Service (10G)
Complete all 10 package delivery jobs.

- Phone LJ
- Ask for a job;
- Go pick up the car, should be a jeep; Get in it; Drive to destination;
- Get out and Poof - Acheivement unlocks;

Transfer Part 2 (Saves 13-24)

LOAD SAVE 1.
13. Cleaned the Mean Street (20G)
Capture 20 criminals through the police computer.

- Enter the police car,
- Click LB to access the computer
- Select 'View Crimes' and do one more crime.
- Achievement Unlocked.

LOAD SAVE 2.
14. Manhunt (15G)
Complete the most wanted side missions from the police computer.

- This one is a little tricky.
- You will start in the second house you acquire with full health including body armor.
- You have 800 machine gun ammo so you will be good to go.

- Walk outside and take the cop car conveniently placed in front of you.
- Drive to the furthest Island to the left ( last one you unlock ) and then press LB and goto "Most wanted".
- Goto the last person on the list ( one not highlighted in red ) and click A.
- Follow the yellow line till you get to the destination.
- This is the tricky part.
- There are about 10 people scattered throughout the parking garage.
- Simply make your way up and once you kill all of them the achievement will pop.

LOAD SAVE 3.
15. Order Fulfilled (10) + Wheelie Rider (30)
Complete all 10 Exotic Export orders.
Do a wheelie lasting at least 500 feet on a motorbike.

- Go downstairs of your house and use the front desk comp
- Go to email and check brucies newest one, then hit reply on the left
- Go outside and hail a taxi and have him bring you to the waypoint
- Steal the bike
- Time to do a 500 feet wheelie on your way to your destination (Brucies).
- It should be very easy to do it on this bike (especially when you get on the bridge).
- 'Order fullfilled' achievment will pop when you deliver the bike.

LOAD SAVE 4.
16. Thats How We Roll (10G)
Unlock the special ability of helicopter.

- Just load it up
- Jump in your car out the front and go for a drive.
- Brucie should phone you and offer you his chopper;

- If not try doing another activity with him;

LOAD SAVE 5.
17. Retail Therapy (10) + Sightseer (5)
Unlock the special ability of buying guns from a friend.
Fly on all helicopter tours of Liberty City.

- Load save a wait until around 15:15
- Then call Little Jacob to go and 'Eat' if he says yes, go to Cluckin' bell, if not keep calling him.
- After dropping him off then cruise until he calls you.
- Accept the call after he talks to you.
- Achievement Unlocked.

- Go to the heliport and ride the middle helicopter tour.
- After they say their name and stop saying their speech you will see in top left corner an icon will come up saying use right analog stick to change camera;
- When this shows and he stops talking you can skip and get the acheivement;

LOAD SAVE 6.
18. Dial B For Bomb (10)
Unlock the special ability of phoning for a bomb to be placed.

- Phone packie
- Go play a game of darts;
- Take him home
- Wait a little while and he should phone you back and say he knows this guy;

LOAD SAVE 7.
19. Liberty City (20G) + One Hundred and Eighty (10G)
After meeting all possible friends, the ones left alive all like you above 90%.
In a darts game score 180 with 3 darts.

- This is the most painful achievment to unlock. Packie does not like to go out with you so its hard to get him to go.
- Phone Packie after 4pm and before 1am;
- Go play bowling with him as its the fastest event;
- If he does not want to go with you try the activity with someone else first, then ask packie, packie is the only one below 90% like;

- If you go to darts you need to score 180 with 3 darts
- Do it to unlock 'the One Hundred and Eighty' achievment.

- Take packie home and the 'Liberty City' achievment should pop;

LOAD SAVE 8.
20. No More Strangers (5G)
Meet all random characters.

- Open up the image file included and its number 13 your heading to;
- Shes at the bottome of the 2nd island on the left side, match the image (20.jpg) to your map in-game;
- set waypoint and get a taxi or drive to her;
- Shes called sarah
- You dont even have to do her mission; Just meet her;

LOAD SAVE 9.
21. Genetically Superior (25G)
Come first in 20 singleplayer street races.

- Alright this save has 19 singleplayer race wins.
- Load up the save and call Brucie and select the Race option.
- On your way to the race be on the lookout for a sports car to jack.
- Once the race is started go to the designated point on your radar.
- Do the race, make sure you win and the achievement is yours

LOAD SAVE 10.
22. You Got The Message (20G)
Deliver all 30 cars ordered through text message.

- This save is for the 'You got the message' achievement.
- 29 cars are delivered to stevie so you have to get the last one
- Load up the save, go back to bed and you will recieve a message from stevie who tells you to steal a little bike in chinatown on diamond street (middle island down the bottom in the centre).
- You will need to search the streets
- Get there and grab the bike and take it back to stevies garage which is in South Bohan (right island up the top - go to the garage symbol).
- Deliver it and the achievement is yours

LOAD SAVE 11.
23. Dare Devil (30G)
Complete 100% of the unique stunt jumps.

- Load up the save and go outside.
- Go to the left and up the stairs and the car jump will be right around the corner.
- Find a fast car and then hit the jump.
- Map is included (see image 23.jpg) Go to where the red dot is and complete the car jump

LOAD SAVE 12.
24. Endangered Species (50G)
Collect every hidden package in the game.

- There is only 1 pigeon left.
- See image (24.jpg) for pigeon location
- It is on the back porch of the house
- Shoot it to unlock the achievment
