The mod brings a ton of changes to stats and what-not. Needs all DLC. In summary, the changes are:

More convincing damage values based on caliber.

Damage Threshold reductions reworked to reflect some armor's ability to block pistol rounds up to .44 magnums (Level IIIA), some's ability to stop up to a .308 (Level III), and some's ability to block crazy stuff like AP rounds and laser fire (Power Armors). Without energy weapons, missiles and other explosives, or an anti-material rifle, defeating a man in T-51b will be very difficult.
