Batman Arkham City Mods V1.5 - Flying Mod, Debug, FoV Mods, Menu Mods and Credits Mods.
When on ground you sill stay there to fly simply walk offa ledge and you will go up, use the glide function to go down and turn.
B button for debug and wide FoV, Start to put FoV Back to normal
would of had more stuff working but most of the commands are removed/disabled from engine.xxx
