Completely pointless. When you do this, it asks you to reset you rank and unlocks.

For those having trouble with this file, you have to replace your original "spdata" file with this one. This is not a gamesave so the OP should've named the topic a bit different. To replace your "spdata", open your Profile on either Horizon or Modio, go to "Contents" and you will see "spdata". Right-click and replace it with the modded one, then rehash and resign. Now put your profile back inb your HDD, load up MW3 and go to Spec Ops and check your rank + stats.
