Added all Spells Including Shouts, and testing Spells
Health Magicka and Stamina is 9999
all deadric armor and weapons and 99999 deadric arrows
The Save starts out in Helgen keep where the Guy tells you need to pick up your First piece of armor So Absolutely ZERO % 0% of any quest is done yes sadly i still have to go past the Character Creation Screen but you wont need another save after this one So Have Fun and Enjoy.

you can not do it on a ps3. the playstation makers are very strict and you can not mod any games unless you jailbreak the ps3

to unlock the gold achievement you must buy something then you will be it.
this save does not work on PS3 as it is in the category Modded and Fun saves !
If it's not loading then i assume you are using Modio, Modio does not work, move on to horizon for your rehash and resigning you need a console id for save game modding and modio does not have one only horizon does, HORIZON WILL SOLVE THE ISSUES U GUYS R GETTING OK
