It says it's a Jin Kazama theme, yet the file name hints that it's a Lee Chaolan theme? Strange. Anyway, when you apply it, it's actually a Jin Kazama theme. I guess this theme got accidentally name to that. Okay, now let's talk about the theme itself. Long answer short, it's a bad theme. The included background is "meh" and the icons are boring. Incredibly boring. It's because there's only ONE icon for everything. To add on, it's a pretty bad icon. I'd skip this theme if I were you.
