Using this Trainer:

Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.

Listen for "Activated".

Press desired option key

Numpad 3: Unlimited Ammo and Supplies

 

Options:

Numpad 1: God Mode

Numpad 2: Silent Heartbeat

Numpad 3: Unlimited Ammo and Supplies

Numpad 4: No Reload

Numpad 5: Add Service Record XP

Numpad 6: Invisible

Numpad 7: No Recoil

Numpad 8: Improved Accuracy

Numpad +: Super Scope In

Numpad -: Super Scope Out

Numpad /: Unlimited Grenades/Supplies

 

Notes:

Numpad 1: God Mode - toggle on and you cannot be killed, even from falling.

Numpad 2: Silent Heartbeat - toggle on and your heartbeat is literally non existent. You can hold your breathe indefinitely.

Numpad 3: Unlimited Ammo and Supplies - toggle on and when you use items or reload, you have plenty more.

Numpad 4: No Reload - toggle on and most weapons will have no need for reload when you fire.

Numpad 5: Add Service Record XP - to use this, press ESC while in the mission, then click on SERVICE RECORD, and note your XP. Each press adds more.

Numpad 6: Invisible - toggle on and most enemies cannot see you. They will still hear you and react to things you are doing, but have a difficult time knowing where you are, as if you are invisible.

Numpad 7: No Recoil - toggle on and many weapons no longer recoil when fired.

Numpad 8: Improved Accuracy - toggle on and many weapons have much greater accuracy when fired, even when moving.

Numpad +: Super Scope In - while you have a scoped rifle engaged in scope mode, and you are holding it, press this key to effectively double the current zoom level.

Numpad -: Super Scope Out - while you have a scoped rifle engaged in scope mode, and you are holding it, press this key to effectively halve the current zoom level.

Numpad /: Unlimited Grenades/Supplies - there is a separate option for this now, to prevent problems with swapping weapons on the ground, etc. Toggle on and when you use grenades or other items, you will not lose any.
