Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.

Listen for "Activated".

Notes:

Numpad 1: Reset HP - while in combat, or while not in combat, press the F key to open the menu then click on STATUS to look at the main unit's stats, then press this to modify it.
