This is the save for the Speedrun trophy in The Evil Within Game.

The Quick and the Dead (Gold Trophy)
Finish the game with a clear time of under 5:00:00.

Just re sign both saves using save wizard or any other method you know for using someone else data, after that load the autosave, you will be at the part where you have to shoot Rubik on the chest.. the watch some cutscenes or skip them and at the end of the chapter screen the trophy will pop.
