Drag you fifa 12 Career file into the editor and click on the Edit Button.

help! i couldnt do it. i got it into the editor through horizon and then put it back on my xbox after i had done it. but it says that it is damaged!

Just start a career, save the career to your flash stick - plug the flash in usb (on comp) and use horizon to drag the file into the editor.
