All you have to do is drop the 4D5307E8 in the 00000000000000 folder, which is located in your Partition 3's Content folder.
If it already exists, go into your 4D5307E8 folder on your HDD and see if it contains a 00030000 folder, if it doesn't drop that folder from the ZIP into your 4D5307E8 folder.
If it does, then go into that 00030000 folder and drop the theme file from the ZIP into your HDD
NO REHASHING OR RESIGNING NEEDED! (Confirmed working on my Xbox 360 which is NOT hacked or flashed!)
