All you have to do is drop the 434307D4 in the 00000000000000 folder, which is located in your Partition 3's Content folder.
If it already exists, go into your 434307D4 folder on your HDD and see if it contains a 00030000 folder, if it doesn't drop that folder from the ZIP into your 434307D4 folder.
If it does, then go into that 00030000 folder and drop the theme file from the ZIP into your HDD
NO REHASHING OR RESIGNING NEEDED! (Confirmed working on my Xbox 360 which is NOT hacked or flashed!)
THIS THEME IS KIND OF CHEAP LOOKING! SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU DOWNLOAD THIS UNLESS YOU HAVE EXTRA BLUESHADOWS POINTS LYING AROUND!
