Download The file
Copy your GTA iv Data to your USB
Plug your USB in your PC
Extract the GTA iv Hack PS3 Save to the Desktop
Now Drag the PS3 hacked File to your USB
Overite your File
Plug your USB stick in your PS3
Go to the Save Data Utility on the XMB
Go to your USB and Copy the file
to your PS3
Boot up the save and start the Game
