Story completed.
I think all stranger missions completed.
All satchels.
Nearly fully inventory with 99 items.
Just the collectibles and challenges need completing as well as a robbery or 2.
Shouldn't take long to 100% it.
If anyone decides to go for 100% and share it
Be sure to credit Mountain Dewit and LTBadBoy for contributing.

For people who keep asking how to even use someone elses's save, there is a save editor that costs 60 bucks. With it you can resign saves to use with your account.
