Resign & continue through the game until you reach the end of the story, loading the last mission & if you haven't used the saves above, difficulty should pop here as well. So this can be used for difficulties although its not the intent. Otherwise, please load up this save & see if the online trophies show up.

antoniobiju as I do to use the save, it appears that it is from another user
You need Save Wizard to do the resign process in order to get it to work.

moshimuru Loaded Save 1. Completed Epilogue to get the difficulty trophies to unlock (only difficulty-related trophies unlocked). Online trophies unfortunately did not work for me.
did u get the jokes and shivs and convo trophy ?

tried this save and it doesn't work, even the chapters showing missing a lot of collectables
