Had a massive brainfart and lost my 132-hour save. Was feeling really bummed, so thank you so much for this. What I needed was the complete TMs I will use for breeding.
Works great on Miyoo Mini Plus via Gambatte core in OnionOS. Need to rename the extension to .srm along with matching the ROM name.

you need a crystal rom and make the name of the rom same as the name of the save file (don't change the format (name.zip for the rom and name.sav for the save file))
then you can load it in your emulator
