This is a new emulator from Charles MacDonald, the author of SMS Plus. It is an open-source emulator, which supports sound, joysticks, and other fun stuff. Note: The Windows version is significantly less-featured than the DOS version, it doesn't support joysticks or audio yet, and it only runs windowed on a 16-bit desktop.
