This edits things like money, fuel (resets to 1000 eventually), Paragon/Renegade/Reputation points, War Asset item scores (example normandy with have 1500 points instead of 150), past romances and choices from ME1 and 2, give your character the illusive man's eyes without changing the back to the default face, your ammo amount and maybe some other things but I don't know how to do them.
