It is the dark ages, 8 Years after the death of Muhammad The year is 640 A.D. The Rashidun Caliphate is in the best position to expand out its empire, but the question is Will you stop the Muslims? or will you join them in their Conquest?

Dark Ages v1 - initial stages of the mod just featuring the map

Dark Ages v1.1 - Features events for Rashidun's Caliphate expansion and
Umayyad Uprising. Some changes to the map - Removed Cumans and Xiongnu and added in the proper nomadic tribes aswell as an Islamic Government.

Dark Ages v1.2 - Expands on the Umayyad Uprising and enventual Expansion into Africa. Bulgarian and Hungarian have an event to migrate out of their initial starting spot.

Dark Ages v1.3 - Map rework has been done, now there are a couple of new Civilizations like the British Kingdoms of Deira, East Anglia and Lindsey. The Scandenevian Region no longer has 3 major powers covering it, but instead multiple smaller tribes all contenting for dominance in the region. Also the Rashiduns have been Severely Nerfed in order to give players a chance if they want to Try to keep the Sassanians alive. Umayyads no longer Rise up in a revolt, but you have the option for letting them take over and cotinue on as the Umayyads ( Tho the country will remain OP ).

Dark Ages v1.4 - a formable nation option for Aquitaine, Neustrais and austrias to form Francias
The Abbasid revolution 740 A.D
an event on the Sthanshavara kingdom collapse
Add in a peace event for the visigoths - as of now you just conquer them
Invasion of Tours in 726 AD
Asturias will rise up, custom events for the peace deals whether they will get wiped out or survive.
650 A.D Khazzaria breaks off into the Caucasus from the Turks

To install, overwrite Game and Map onto your main Age of Empires folder.
