The tenth and final (for now) theme in the Sonic the Hedgehog Spinball series shows off the options menu. Those who have heard its music say that it's really grating but that's only because of flawed Genesis/Mega Drive sound emulation. This tune played on an actual console is not so bad. What is bad is the 3 in 3DS, if you know how to fix it up contact me and we could discuss it further. Thanks for taking the time to browse themes and reading this far!
