Hola! Cuando voy a copiar el archivo de mi usb a la play, me dice que no se puede ya que el archivo es de otro usuario o de otra PS4. Alguna syuda por favor??

how do I install on the console because when I put the USB the console does not recognize the saves it has in the usb
