German homebrew developer Fujah has come up with a new build for LuaTileArranger, bumping it up to version 0.4. For those who missed our earlier coverage on this, this program allows users to create custom maps for certain games. To make this easier to understand, Fujah likened LuaTileArranger to Photoshop which can deal with almost any programming language.
