Stefano Russello, also known as puffo83 released a new version of his application for PC users designed to help you create, edit and manage EBOOT.pbp files (homebrew executables) and customize the name and various icon for each piece of homebrew. Not only that but you can also convert EBOOTs from 1.5 to 1.0 form, transfer EBOOTs to your PSP and view the properties of the EBOOT file in no less than 9 different languages. Possibly the best thiong to be added to this version since the last release 2.71SE support, the custom firmware released by Dark_Alex that many PSP users have now turned to.
