If you'd care to recall, homebrew developer xart announced that he will be releasing the final version of the Choice2 Homebrew Organizer this December 25. Well, it looks like the program is will be making the deadline. The final test version, Choice2 Homebrew Organizer and Launcher v2.0, is now available for testing. This program allows users to organize their homebrew. In addition, it also gives PSP owners the ability to rate the homebrew using a "star system" and sort the entries alphabetically of by the number of stars assigned to it.
