Use Horizon to re-hash and re-sign both files.
Step 1: Load save
Step 2: Go to DNA
Step 3: Select Restored Sequence
Step 4: Select Memory 7

After trying 4 other save files. all of them being "100 percent saves" And all of them failing because they were around 40 percent...
