invalidslinky wrote Haha, seen on a few websites that Bendtner wants to go to Barcelona or Real Madrid. HAHAHAHHAHA you are having a laugh!!!!!!

It was actually poor journalism(what do you expect from the daily mail)
He was simply asked 'where would you like to play' and he replied 'Real Madrid or Barcelona' nothing along the limes of he sees himself playing for them. Which player doesn't dream of them two clubs? It was blown out of proportion.

Cleverly STARTING?!? WTF

I know it's a friendly but it should be Gerrard/Wilshere that's the World Cup pair and in big games like this they're Only going to gel like they need to.

Bad decision in my eyes.

Merseyside derby on Saturday. Everton vs Liverpool on Saturday, 23rd of November. My predictions are that it's going to be a nerve racking game but Liverpool will pull a winner out of somewhere. Can see both teams scoring but Liverpool win 2-1. What are you thoughts?

I also believe the score to be be 2-1 Liverpool. I want the game to be 50/50 though with good attacking football from both sides. The last derby was shocking to watch.

They're rotating a lot because they want to pick the best squad possible for the World Cup.
I would have liked to have seen Wilshere start this game but, I'm glad he isn't playing as he'll be fit for Saturday.

I know we're rotating but against big teams I would like to see Wilshere/Gerrard, preparing for the World Cup, I prefer the type of football Wilshere plays, he's more then likely going to link with Sturridge, Rooney etc

All even ATM

Yeah but getting the right team is much more important than winning this friendly. I'm not a huge fan of Cleverley, in my eyes he brings absolutely nothing to the table, but it's always good to rotate. Plus, Wilshere started the last game and it's not good to over exert the players.

We already know it's going to be Wilshere and Gerrard though, Surely it's better to build chemistry against the bigger teams so they get used to each other, Wilshere possesses the biggest attribute England need desperately, keep ball.

Welbeck!? WELBECK!? Dafuq... You would have Townsend over Walcott and Welbeck over Lallana?

Welbeck plays well for a England, although he has a poor recored at club level he does but a good shift in and links up well.

All Walcott can do is run. Nothing else, Townsend can get past players not forgetting he actually has a final product.

... Walcott has scored and assisted a lot more at International and club level than Townsend. So saying the only thing he can do is run is a bit off the mark.

Walcott has been at the top for a couple of years now, Townsend's only just finding his best form, you should know Walcott's final delivery is shocking and he struggles to get past people. But it depends who we play, against a team playing deep Townsend any day because Walcott would be useless but a team playing a high line Walcott.
