Heres my build I will try to include some pictures when I get home if i remember im at school right now! and Its not completely built yet (because some of my parts have still not arrived at my house and are being shipped) you may have seen me around the forums asking for some information on building a gaming pc because im rather new at this,

My setup, which I'm very happy with You can see my Xbox/PVR/TV setup in the middle, my gaming laptop which I restored to factory settings and have yet to find a use for, and on the right, my gaming PC! In this post I'll include everything you see in the picture (minus the furniture) and estimated prices.

The Corsair PSU failed on me after a couple months, how pathetic. Now running off of an awesome BeQuiet Dark Power Pro 650w Old GTX 590 needed lots of fans. I opted for the reference style cooler on my new GTX 970 for the sake of heat being exhausted out of the case. If anyone wants to know anything I didn't include, shoot me a PM. |

Kommando wrote Anyone wonder why he got alot of fans?I have a lot of fans due to the small environment. The Bitfenix Prodigy case isn't exactly a member of Coolermaster's HAF series.. SO I chose to improvise by adding fans moving air in a backwards L shape (in the top, out the left side). When I only had the 2 heatsink fans and 2 stock fans running, there was a lot of still hot air in the front of my case, which I didn't particularly feel comfortable with. The hot air came mostly from my Velociraptor HDDs and the meh cooling on my GTX 570 exhausting air in every which direction. This is one case (as in my Prodigy) where getting a card with a reference style cooler isn't a bad idea. Say what you want about the fermi, it was a free gift from a friend for whom I did a lot in regard to helping him build his first PC and maintain it as well as upgrade some components. Say what you like, a free graphics card that can still perform very well isn't something I'd turn down. |

My battletstation
A few people knew I was creating a battlestation and they wanted some pictures so I thought I would keep them updated.
