Vepr wrote Apart from myself, is anyone else thinking that especially at the Etihad stadium, Man city could beat Barcelona? I think that draw will be different to what people expect, Barcelona aren't the squad they were 2 years ago. Man City can beat us especially at the Etihad, but as long as we have Neymar and Messi in the team we have a strong chance. Forget about us going through if we don't have Messi and Neymar and forget about it if we play freakin Pique and Mash. And Atletico should beat Milan easy, Atletico is such an underrated team. There discipline is great I'd rather play Real Madrid than them. |

Now thinking about it, i don't why a said Milan vs Atletico will be a good game, because Atletico have a good team and are playing great this season. I think they could be the dark horses of the Champions league. Also with AVB getting sacked, i think whoever replaces him is going to have an even tougher job with the squad, I mean a lot of the squad is brand new players who haven't gelled together yet, and if they had kept AVB he could have sorted the squad out, i can possibly see Tottenham becoming worse from this sacking. A poor decision in my opinion. |

He spent a lot of money on some very average players, failed to get any results from his team and again was sacked as a result. If you don't get the results, what can you expect? It's a very competitive market |

I think AVB getting sacked is a total new start for the club, a great manager could do so much with them players! I believe they have made a great choice in who to buy but they just don't have a manager that can get them to work well as a team.

They greatly overpaid for some average players in my opinion, that were unproven in the BPL |

He had like 100 million to spend that could of bought 2 Neymars, but he didn't buy anyone world class, Eriksen I think will be a great player and Soldado was good in Liga BBVA but he's not showing up at all. Andros Townsend looks like there most dangerous player whenever I watch them play, England's too. Also I have no idea why he hardly played Defoe, the guys a legend and he's a great finisher, if Soldado was on poor form he should get benched. I just think he should of bought 2 or 3 world class players it really seems like he's wasted the money. |
